We are looking for an experienced social media marketer who can work with us remotely.

Description – in this role you will:

Produce creative, high quality social media content in the form of images, videos etc.
Effectively manage the company’s social media accounts.
Create a fortnightly or monthly content calendar which will be approved by the Director of Marketing.
Reflect our premium brand throughout all content.
Ensure that all branding is consistent and without grammatical, spelling and formatting errors.
Periodically review and analyse account metrics, such as likes, comments and views.
Regularly research topics related to care for the elderly.
Actively review social media content of similar businesses in Nigeria and abroad.
Suggest creative content ideas to the Director of Marketing.
Requirements – The ideal candidate must have:

A university degree, preferably related to marketing, communications, PR or English literature/language.
At least 2 years of (proven) work experience as a social media marketer, content marketer/creator, or similar role.
Proven record of the ability to increase engagement on social media accounts.
A solid understanding of social media marketing and branding for premium products and services.
A keen eye for proofreading his/her own work to ensure it does not have any grammatical, spelling and formatting mistakes (highly important).
Exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent writing and editing skills in English.
Exceptional communication skills and a willingness to learn.
Experience conducting research effectively and independently.
Experience with any design program or app, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.
Remuneration: N100,000 per month plus a quarterly performance bonus.
