Responsibilities

Engage customers in-store, providing assistance and product information.
Monitor and manage in-store inventory, optimising stock levels based on sales trends.
Actively engage customers to stimulate interest and promote sales.
Seamlessly integrate in-store activities with social media strategies.
Conduct market research both online and offline to identify potential customer needs and preferences.
Create and follow through with a comprehensive social media calendar for the year, detailing content types, themes and key messaging to maintain a consistent online presence.
Develop and Implement effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
Share relevant and engaging content on various social media platforms, blogs and marketing collateral ensuring consistency in brand messaging.
Execute social media campaigns and analyse performance metrics to optimise results.
Respond promptly to customer enquiries and comments on social media channels, maintaining a positive brand image.
Propose and implement innovative ideas for promotions and campaigns to boost audience engagement.
Communicate ongoing promotions, discounts, and sales events.
Utilise social media platforms to generate leads and support the sales pipeline.
Collaborate with industry partners to expand the brand’s online presence.
Collaborate with other teams to align efforts with overall business goals.
Track leads, sales and customer interactions, ensuring accurate data management.
Provide regular reports on the effectiveness of sales and social media initiatives.
Stay informed about industry trends and emerging social media technologies to stay ahead of the curve.
Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or any related field
A minimum of 2 years work experience in a similar role
Knowledge of various social media platforms, algorithms, and trends
Proficiency in social media analytics tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to craft compelling messaging for different platforms
Familiarity with sales processes, negotiation, and customer relationship management
Basic graphic design skills for creating visually appealing content
Creative thinking for developing innovative content and engagement strategies
Ability to analyse social media metrics and make informed decisions
Strong organisational skills to manage a detailed social media calendar
An eagerness to learn and stay updated on relevant industry trends

Salary: ₦200,000.00 per month
