We are in search of a creative and dynamic Social Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a knack for generating innovative content ideas, connecting with Gen Z audiences, and staying on top of high-level pop culture trends, especially in music. This role requires active engagement with other brands to foster collaborations and partnerships, ultimately aiming to increase our brand’s reach and influence.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute creative content strategies across various social media platforms.
Generate engaging content ideas that resonate with Gen Z and align with high-level pop culture trends.
Stay informed about the latest developments in pop culture, music, and social media trends.
Actively engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster a sense of community.
Collaborate with other brands to create cross-promotional opportunities.
Utilize data analytics to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.
Increase brand reach and awareness through effective social media campaigns.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of Gen Z preferences, pop culture, and music trends.
Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their algorithms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to create visually appealing and shareable content.
Proactive engagement with other brands and influencers in the social media space.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
A passion for staying current with the latest trends in pop culture, music, and social media.

Salary: ₦140,000.00 – ₦200,000.00 per month
