JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Social Media
· Create and publish strategic social media content, including testing of frequency, timing, and content type to improve social performance.
· Increase organic reach and engagement on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter to drive traffic, generate leads and extend our brand to target audience.
· Supervise all aspects of social media interaction and ensure a positive customer service experience.
· Collaborate with the Comms Team to support paid social media strategy and omni-channel marketing.
· Work closely with internal teams to optimize organic social activity and act as social media expert and advocate.
· Ensure consistent brand messaging on all platforms through tone, voice and terminology.
· Regularly report KPIs to the Comms and Executive Teams.
· Proactive about upcoming social media needs and popular trends surrounding new program launches and seasonal events and responding to market changes.
· Stay up to date on new social media tools, best practices, competitive activity and social media leaders to ensure progress on all platforms.
· Support content development in content creation & strategy execution.
Content Development
· Writing, editing and uploading content using content management systems like WordPress, Joomla, Weebly etc.
· Creating well-structured content, meeting deadlines and following style specifications for online publications and in print.
· Researching industry-related topics and creating original content for blog posts, videos, websites, podcasts etc.
· Writing engaging and persuasive marketing copies for email marketing campaigns and other marketing strategies to boost our products/services
· Working with editors, social media managers and the rest of the communications team to create content that promotes the vision of the company.
· Conducting simple keyword research and implementing SEO strategies in written content to maximize online visibility and boost traffic
· Proofreading content for errors to improve readability
· Identifying customer’s needs and gaps in content to develop new and innovative ideas
· Working with the editorial calendar and collaborating with team members to ensure timely delivery of content
· Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators and providing recommendations for improvement
· Collaborating with different departments to develop creative content ideas
· Maintaining and ensuring consistency for fonts, textual styles, tones and pictures
