Role Overview:

We’re looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to work with us in designing a renowned competency management platform (CMS or CompMS ) with experience in software product designing who cannot only execute against an existing roadmap but also propel the team forward with insatiable curiosity and a drive to champion exceptional work. You will be involved in every step of product development, from user research and exploring concepts, to ensuring quality design through launch and future iteration.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for:

Leading the design and development of user-friendly, intuitive, and visually appealing digital products and experiences.

Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to deliver cohesive design solutions.

Conducting user research and usability testing to gain insights and inform design decisions.

Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts effectively.

Defining and maintaining design systems and style guides to ensure design consistency.

Mentoring and providing guidance to junior designers, fostering their growth and skills development.

Staying up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

Proven experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.

A deep understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.

Experience with conducting user research, usability testing, and interpreting data to drive design decisions.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Leadership skills and the ability to mentor and guide junior designers.

Bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
