Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
Design, build and maintain our social media presence
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Lead the development of the company website, devising strategies to drive online traffic and continuing to improve usability, design, content and conversion
Work with the team to achieve deliverables both qualitatively and quantitatively.
knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Create and update digital marketing strategies that will support the company to achieve its aims as part of the overall Marketing, Sales and Communications plan Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

BS/MS Degree in Marketing or a related field
Proven working experience in digital marketing
A limited exposure to Sales will be desired.
Specific marketing channel expertise.
Ability to build opinions through digital medium
Ability to execute and analyze drip marketing campaign.
A mix of creativity and analytical abilities
Understanding of Brevity
Ability to analyze quantifiable metrics.
Basic Design skills.
Ability to exhilarate and motivate sales teams
Ability to come up with innovative, out-of-the-box solutions to problems
Strong analytical skills and quick decision maker
Strong growth orientation
