Full Job Description
The Incubator Reality, a social entrepreneurial program designed to disrupt Startup narrative in Nigeria seeks an excellent creative producer between ages 30-35 for its dynamic team.

Job Title: Creative Producer

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Job Summary

The ideal candidate must understand production life cycle, content, and series with excellent experience in documentary film making, video commissioning, script writing, research and TV production, excellent intuition for great stories with ability to deliver assigned tasks passionately.

Successfully candidate must be able to work from ideation to delivery, bring story to life and able to take ownership.

Key Responsibilities

Liaising with the production team on budgets and project feasibility
Creating and updating production schedules, communicating with vendors on rates and availability
Coordinating with other departments to ensure project meets strategic goals
Communicate effectively with producers, directors, editors, cinematographers etc.to ensure timely project delivery within stipulated budget
Collaborate with writers, designers, musicians, actors, and other creative professionals to produce high quality content
Reviewing scripts and creating detailed outline of script within a stipulated time frame
Research and generate story leads
Interpret and respond to briefs with key cultural insights
Develop treatments that translate ideas to reality
Key skills required
· Proficient in social media strategies

· Excellent written and verbal communication

· Independent, creative, proactive thinker

· Experience of film and photography shoots

· Knowledge of relevant creative partners, photographers, directors, artists, designers

· Ability to manage multiple projects and solve problems

· Able to work closely with in-house creative, design, production and account management

· Demonstrated experience in a relevant field (film production, TV, in-house, agency, media, publishing, editorial)

Qualification: OND/HND/BSc Creative, Film making,
