4. *Audience Engagement:* Foster meaningful interactions with our audience, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and authentic manner.
5. *Analytics and Optimization:* Utilize analytics tools to track performance metrics, assess campaign effectiveness, and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
6. *Trend Monitoring:* Stay informed about industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to inform content and strategy decisions.
7. *Collaboration:* Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, PR, and design, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach.
8. *Influencer Relationships:* Build and maintain relationships with influencers and partners to amplify brand reach.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager( minimum of 5 years hand.
In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and their best practices.
Strong content creation and storytelling skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creativity and adaptability to stay ahead in a dynamic digital landscape.
