Responsibilities:
Create elegant and user-friendly interfaces that provide simple and delightful experiences for our customers.
Design and develop responsive websites, mobile apps, and tablet applications that drive user engagement and achieve business goals.
Serve as a crucial bridge between design and front-end engineering, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between the two teams.
Maintain and optimize existing websites and platforms to enhance user experiences, leveraging your critical eye and UX expertise.
Lead both large and small projects, fostering collaboration with the design team, product managers, and developers to bring ideas to life.
Support the marketing team by contributing to web and creative design-related tasks, such as visuals, responsive email campaigns, and online promotional materials.
Conceptualize and illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps to communicate design concepts effectively.
Design graphic user interface elements, including menus, tabs, widgets, and page navigation buttons.
Develop UI mockups and prototypes to provide clear visual representations of site functionality and aesthetics.
Produce original graphic designs, sketches, images, and tables that align with project objectives.
Present rough drafts and design concepts to internal teams and key stakeholders, incorporating feedback into your designs.
Identify and troubleshoot UX issues, ensuring responsiveness and usability across different devices and screen sizes.
Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback and iterative design processes.
Adhere to established style standards for fonts, colors, and images to maintain a consistent visual identity.
Skills Required:
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar layout/mockup tools.
A diverse portfolio showcasing both real and fictional design projects that demonstrate your creativity and problem-solving skills.
Strong command of raster and vector design tools, such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey design ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude and a passion for learning and growing within a dynamic environment.
Self-motivated with exceptional time management skills, able to set and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
