Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including text, image, and video content
Manage social media accounts and monitor online conversations to ensure brand reputation is maintained
Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications and apply knowledge to improve social media presence
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns
Analyze social media data and generate reports on key metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns
Key Experience:
Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist, Content Creator or similar role (either personal or professional)
In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and emerging trends
Proficient in using social media management tools to schedule posts, monitor engagement, and analyze data
Strong understanding of SEO principles and experience with optimizing content for search engines
Experience with Canva and other creative tools for creating visually appealing graphics and videos
Knowledge of email marketing platforms and strategies for effective email campaigns
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content
