Business Development Executive At Rushing Tap Studios

The Company

Rushing Tap Studios is a large studio, equipment rentals facility and video production agency. We are looking to hire a great Business Development Executives.

Job Responsibilities

The successful candidates shall be responsible for :

– Lead generation, prospecting, following up with generated leads and converting them into customers.

– Sourcing for new business opportunities and partnerships for the business.

– Working with company agreed sales goals/targets and possess smart plans to achieve them.

-Researching prospective accounts, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives

– Identifying industry trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets.

– Must have planned approaches,pitches and rebuttals for all categories of leads.

Qualification:

– Must be very articulate

– Familiar with the use of CRM software

– Should possess atleast 3-4 years experience in a similar role within the media and entertainment industry.

– Should reside around Lekki-Ajah environ

Remuneration

– The salary for role is between N150,000 – N200,000 monthly.

– There is a motivating sales commission structure, which goes for as high as 15% of the value of any closed deal generated.

– contributory pension scheme.

– Transport and call credit allowances.
