· Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat

· Manages the business web page

· Develop and implement strategies to drive traffic to the sellout and relocate the platform

· Attend promptly to customer inquiries and questions

· Engage the social media platform followers

· Screen item images intended for sale by sellers, ensuring they meet Sellout and Relocate standards.

· Post Items available for sale with appropriate details and pricing

· Negotiate price with interested buyers in the direct message of selloutandrelocate.ng.

· Ensure the buyer makes payment into the Sellout and Relocate account for the desired item only.

· Ensure buyers inspect the desired item(s) and approve fund release.

· Develop and manage the customer database of Selloutandrelocate.ng

· Occasionally creates graphic designs.

· Perform related duties as advised.

· At least one year of relevant work experience in managing social media platforms with customer service or sales experience

· OND/HND/B.Sc in any discipline

Must-Have skills:

Social media Savvy (Instagram, Whatsapp & Facebook)

Customer Service and respect-oriented ( Phone/Chat)

Sales Skills

Negotiation Skills

Excellent Communication Skills

Graphics design (Nice to have)

Fast learner

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₦65,000.00 – ₦70,000.00 per month
