Develop and execute a robust social media strategy aligned with overall marketing goals and brand objectives.
Identify target audiences and tailor content to effectively reach and engage them.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging platforms to ensure the brand remains ahead of the curve.
Create compelling and shareable content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Collaborate with the design team to develop visually appealing and on-brand multimedia content.
Foster a vibrant and positive online community by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments, and addressing inquiries or concerns.
Plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions to drive brand awareness and audience engagement.
Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
Stay informed about changes in social media algorithms, new platforms, and industry best practices.
Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve the brand’s social media presence.
Utilize social media analytics tools to track and analyze key performance metrics.
Provide regular reports on social media performance, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Solid understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
Ability to use design tools such as CANVA
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for design aesthetics.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with social media advertising and paid campaigns.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.

Salary: ₦150,000.00 – ₦200,000.00 per month
