Trustcrow is a Lagos based fintech company that specializes in a B-to-B digital escrow platform. The company escrows funds between transacting parties until agreed goods, services or assets are delivered which safeguards buyers from sell-side performance default and safeguards sellers from buy-side payment default. The platform eliminates purchasers’ exposure to making advance payments prior to the receipt of goods/services and eliminates sellers’ exposure to delivering goods/services before payment. By using a trusted intermediary, users benefit from increased transparency, protection, and efficiency. Trustcrow is a USA registered company with operations in Nigeria.

We are looking for an energetic and experienced Digital and Social Media Manager to spearhead our digital marketing efforts and enhance our social media presence. We are not looking for beginners nor unskilled candidates. We seek a genius with rare creativity; someone who can implement intelligent advertising that will pull people to our website. Your goal is to increase traffic daily and ensure that the traffic generated turns to money. If you know you can generate and increase traffic and turn that into money on a daily basis, this job is for you and you will be rewarded as such (or will not last very long). The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies, managing the company’s social media channels, and driving engagement with our target audience. Responsibilities: ( Digital Marketing Strategy, Social Media Engagement, Content creation, Campaign Management, Brand Management, Community Building, Performance Reporting)

· Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with company goals and objectives.

· Identify and target key customer segments through digital channels.

· Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies and stay ahead of the competition.

· Manage and oversee all social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter (X), LinkedIn, Instagram, Youtube, Tik Tok, etc.).

· Create and curate engaging and relevant content to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.

· Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews on social media platforms.

· Develop high-quality content including articles, blog posts, videos, infographics, and other multimedia assets.

· Ensure content aligns with brand messaging and compliance regulations within the fintech industry.

· Collaborate with internal teams and subject matter experts to gather insights and create compelling content.

· Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to meet specific KPIs and objectives.

· Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and make data-driven adjustments.

· Foster an engaged and loyal online community by creating and nurturing relationships with followers.

· Develop and execute community engagement strategies, including contests, surveys, and online events.

· Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital and social media channels.

· Protect and enhance the company’s reputation by addressing and resolving any issues or crises that may arise.

· Provide regular reports on digital and social media performance, including key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.

· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation
