Social Media Manager

Roles:

Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
Co-ordinate special publicity events and promotions
Provide captivating and trendy topics for our products and services
Conduct public opinion and attitude surveys
Measure the success of every social media campaign and prepare a monthly report
Monitor our social media channels and support a strategy to respond to queries and comments, and build on our engaged audience.
Grow our followers/connections on the various social media platforms
Design market research questionnaires
Conduct online marketing, E-commerce and Website promotions
Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)
Support the communications team as needed. This may include proofing, light editing, and working in our CMS.
Requirements

Minimum of HND/Bsc. in any related field
A minimum of 2 years social media management experience
Ability to design captivating graphics and flyers
Ability to use social media planning/scheduling software
Proficiency in the use of Canva and other graphics/video editing tools
Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google analytics
Must be able to think outside the box
