UI/UX Designer

One of our global gambling clients with offices in are looking for a FULLY REMOTE talented UI/UX Designer to join our team. They are a quickly growing gambling business with millions of customers. Who are looking for an ambitious data lover who can help dig through mountains of betting data, make sense of it and help the business to make data-driven decisions

Why we need you

As a creative Visual Designer, your primary focus will be shaping and owning the user interface design of our products.

For this role, you will collaborate with a cross-functional team, including designers, engineers, and product managers to ensure our branding is consistent and appealing.

Ultimately, you will design aesthetically pleasing products that capture our brand and engage our audiences. Ideal candidates would show an affinity for creating cohesive customer experiences across marketing touchpoints, product UI, and documentation, a sensible and thorough pursuit of user delight, and a track record for delivering thoughtful and impactful design solutions.

What you will do (but not limited to)

· Collaborate with internal teams to define user interface requirements.

· Combine various colors, shapes, and typography fonts to improve user experience.

· Paint by hand and use drawing applications to design original graphics.

· Use visual design software to refine illustrations.

· Apply sketching techniques, like gradients and contrasts to enhance digital images.

· Present rough drafts to product managers and/or key stakeholders to gain approval.

· Develop prototypes and models to use in various products to maximize aesthetic consistency.

· Brainstorm new ideas, layouts, and graphics.

· Maintain and actively contribute to our design system.

· Stay up to date with design application changes and industry developments.

Essential Requirements

· Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

· Have superlative visual design skills, think conceptually about design, present excellent problem-solving skills, and exercise the ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.

· Understand the array of technical constraints, user goals, and business requirements that shape a product.

· Demonstrate ability to work confidently with Program Management, Development, Product Planning, Brand, Marketing, and Usability.

· Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Powerpoint

· Experience working with Figma or Sketch, or XD

· Experience working within and contributing to a structured design system.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Additional proficiency and experience in any of the following skills: print production, information visualization, motion graphics and animation, and video, are not a requirement, but a plus!

· Working knowledge within the iGaming industry.

· Working knowledge of motion design.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to ₦23,595,000.00 per year
