Following Leslie Jordan’s passing, Season 3 of “Call Me Kat” production will be put on hold, Variety has learnt. At age 67, the actor passed away on Monday in a car accident.

Fox is currently showing Season 3, which made its debut on September 29. Since the comedy series’ 2021 premiere, Jordan has played the series regular role of Phil, Kat’s (Mayim Bialik) cafe’s head baker who is first dating in Season 1. He meets Jalen, a character played by John Griffin in a guest role, in Season 3 Episode 7, which is scheduled to premiere on Nov. 10.
