Open Call!

The Institut français du Nigeria, in collaboration with the Cité Internationale des Arts and the French Embassy in Nigeria, is delighted to announce the launch of the 4th Edition of the Curatorial Residencies Program in Paris.

As of 2023, the aim of the program is to support curators/art critics based in Nigeria, with 2 residency programs, for the first time in 2023:

– one confirmed curator and/or art critic: from May 3rd to July 28th, 2023 – Aged over 30 years on January 1st of 2023, with 10 years of professional experience in curating.

– one emerging curator and/or art critic: from October 3rd to December 27th of 2023 – Aged over 23 years on January 1st of 2023, with a minimum of 5 years of professional curating. 

The Deadline to apply for both residencies is the 21st of March, 2023 at 11.59PM.
