Technical marketing associate

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Write blog posts that support brand identity and consumer engagement
Collaborating with sales, marketing, advertising, product design and product development team members to planning promotional marketing campaigns
Producing brand style guide that best captures the company or client’s voice and mission
Assist in developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with the company objective
Work with the sales and marketing team to create marketing materials
Actively involved in the planning and organizing of promotional events
Researching previous successful campaigns to understand what worked, what didn’t and what can be improved
Conducts market research to identify new opportunities
Creates marketing strategies
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENT

Creative thinker and data-driven
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent presentation skills
Deep understanding of marketing principles and best practices
Strong attention to detail
Proven work experience as a Marketing Associate, Marketing Assistant or similar role
Knowledge of marketing digital tools and techniques
2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B environment
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation software such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot is a plus
Culture Fit Considerations:

Must be committed to continuous personal development, and willing to put in 20-60 hours into learning and development monthly.
Must be collaborative, work well in a team, and also trustworthy enough to take initiative and get things done with little or no supervision.
You should have some sense of humor, and prefer to work in an upbeat environment.
Education:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing, business, or a related field.
Marketing certifications are a plus.
