SUMMARY

Insight7 is building the customer intelligence platform for product teams and we are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Growth Marketer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Growth Marketer, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and engagement of our customer base through data-driven, customer-centric strategies.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing acquisition efforts, optimizing digital and offline channels, creating and executing PPC, SEM, Paid Social, and Influencer strategies, and leveraging marketing automation to drive personalization at scale.

Additionally, you will be responsible for defining measurement architecture, analyzing data, and providing insights for optimization. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, results-driven, and have a strong background in performance marketing, customer engagement, and analytics.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Develop and implement data-driven growth marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and conversion.
Analyze and optimize performance metrics, such as conversion rates, user engagement, and customer lifetime value, to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify key trends and opportunities in the customer intelligence and product teams space.
Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, content marketing, social media, influencer marketing and paid advertising, to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and design, to develop and execute marketing initiatives aligned with product roadmap and business goals.
Utilize marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems to track and measure marketing performance, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in growth marketing and customer intelligence to continuously improve marketing strategies.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business Administration/Economics or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of performance or lifecycle marketing experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS startup.
Strategic experience with customer journey mapping, quantitative and/or qualitative research, and developing customer value propositions.
Technical experience with tag management (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Tealium), web analytics (Google Analytics GA4, Matomo), direct media buying (Google Ads, Meta Ads), CMS systems (e.g., WordPress), CRM systems (e.g., Zoho), integration technologies (e.g., Twilio, PostGrid), and data analytics.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on innovation and delivering on company promises.
Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate and present concepts and models in an accessible manner.
Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₦300,000.00 – ₦500,000.00 per month
