NGO manager/Office admin
An independent non-profit organization seeks to engage the services NGO/project manager
based full time at the office in Lagos to run a newly established department and coordinate
a day-to-day office activities.
Act as a coordinator of a team work.
Manage the operating budget
Perform general office management, administrative duties and ensure effective work environment
Maintain office files, prepare weekly and monthly reports.
Manage the recruitment process
Performance evaluation of employees
Establish work schedules
Qualification and Requirements
Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
Solid social media experience
Basic accounting experience
Outstanding communications skills
Excellent reasoning and problem-solving skills
A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in similar job roles
Degree in Communications/Administration
