We are looking for a special person who can grow with us and has the following skills:

Job Requirements Social Media:

Create and maintain relevant social media accounts
Develop innovative and creative content across media platforms.
Keep track of social media trends and competition.
Deliver monthly reports with statistics and results for each account.
Manage and respond to complaints from initial post to resolution.
Increase traffic on all digital platforms.
Development & management of the social media calendar ensuring that it aligns with the brand calendar events and activities.
Online reputation management
Pre-emptively identify potential risks and crises
Job Requirements – Content Management:

Develop copy and write content across a wide variety of integrated platforms
Copy-edit all content for internal and external use
Must have a creative flair and the ability to think conceptually
Ensure all copy is consistent and in line with the brand guidelines
Must have an understanding and keep up to date with the latest in design and creative trends
Writing clear, persuasive, original, highly creative and imaginative copy.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
A solid grounding in social media marketing and content creation
Experience with analytics
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in social media and digital marketing
Good understanding of communities and analysis of behaviour
Ability to analyse data by providing insights
Creative thinking
Graphic design abilities would be a plus
