Collaborate with the Creative Director and design team to brainstorm, conceptualize, and execute creative projects, including branding, marketing materials, and visual content.
Assist in developing and maintaining the visual identity and brand consistency across various platforms.
Participate in photo and video shoots, ensuring alignment with the creative vision and brand guidelines.
Provide input on creative strategies and contribute innovative ideas to elevate our brand presence.
: • Provide administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other documents for internal and external meetings.
Help maintain organized files, records, and documentation.
Act as a liaison between the executive team and other departments, fostering effective communication.
Passion for design and visual aesthetics.
Strong creativity and ability to think outside the box.
Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to a creative and collaborative team.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and take initiative.
Currently enrolled in a relevant field of study, e.g., design, communications, business program is preferred.
